A stoner cat Tom and his friend Freddy have their munchies plan interrupted when Tom is abducted by a secret government agency on his way to the deli to get some fish. In a government experiment gone awry, Tom is sent to the dark side of the moon, but if the mission succeeds, he may well find the secrets to the universe.
